Cyclone in Myanmar (Burma)- ASE will shit himself if I don't point this out, so here it is. A lot of people died. That sucks.

I can't believe something like this could happen- Vaginal Barrel secretly left the forums because he was neglecting his fiance. I don't care I know it's sad but that shit is so funny to me. Oh wait he updated, that's not as funny GAYWAD YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BROWSE GW.

ETHNICS and GAMING, a study by gamesmasterjasper- Another study in gaming by our resident gamesmaster, Jasper. I suggest everyone take it seriously. Then again...

hey afura's roommate!- Some people actually do take it to heart. Afura's roommate believes apartheid was great, the jews control everything, and races are genetically different. Believe it or not some people actually think this topic should be something other than “YOU FUCKING IDIOT” over and over. Let's all hold hands in the CS y'all.

I think the recent deletion of Q&A was a good idea btw, I actually went over my limit of three and there were a few other topics I wanted to highlight as well. These are just some that I thought were either really REALLY good or overlooked. Go check out the General forum buckos.

Post 9/11 World

The GW6 List- Fill this topic up with good stuff and I'll make it a front page article, for real. It would be funny.

Steel Wars- You know I think one of the funniest trends on GW is how every couple of months someone will say “Steel is at his worst...he was my favorite poster before but now?” It's actually led me to not listen to anyone on GW other than a select few people who I know aren't stupid as hell. Here is a topic in that same vein; say things to get Steel to reply to you and win points (possib. ice points?). You can actually find some good replies here because not all of them are “HEY [something steel would never agree to] HEH”.

OFFICIAL REVOLUTION THREAD STILL GOING STRONG LOTSA PICS STRETCH SCREEN- Douglas's best political thread so far I guess. Also: EKG monitor. You'll know when you see it.

[FULL] Meritous- This game should be everything I hate but I DON'T, fuck. It's actually a load of fun for some reason, although the last boss I fought made me put it down and say fuck it. We'll see if I pick it up again.

Intelligent Story-driven Games, anyone?- What's good about this topic is it fleshes out a lot of the new direction we want to take on GW and the dev. ideas in people's heads.

[FULL] Theseus and the maze, for the speedrunners among us.- This is a cool new game and FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE.

[FULL] Wu Xing, the five phases action puzzle game.- The guy who made the Theseus game made another!

Music

Know your Hiphop: The Dirty South.- Afura is out of his mind if he thinks this topic will do well :( but it will have some good posts I bet.

"Indie" Music- Conversely, this topic is kind of awful and not specific and has entirely too many post your favorite band replies, so it's doing well. Goddammit.

Grunge- What a good topic. Yes, I've been asking staffers and admins to make catamites a staffer for some time; Cheesy Doritos quit a while back and we could use the new blood. I hate doing this but I did PM them and shit and not only are Cheesy and the Magi still on the front page but I've been asking for at least this for a month now, so if you guys want to start a bandwagon over this go ahead.
